  • 3、Be able to market positioning and development of market planning to plan, implement advertising and marketing
  • 4、Capable of reading and translation information in English, can be used to communicate in English
  • 5、Creative, implementation ability, have strong bargaining power and ability to write a special report
  • 2.Sales Representative:

    Responsibility:

  • Maintain and grow existing business volume.
  • Develop new market.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship.
  • Execute company sales policy and complete sales target.
  • Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years related powersport product experience.
  • A sales professional with strong selling and presentation skills.
  • Innovative, able to listen and get customer needs and relate to reality.
  • Good English, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • 3.Accounting Manager

    Responsibilities:

  • Assist the President for all aspects of accounting operations, consolidation and reporting
  • Responsible for accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process. Provide meaningful data to internal management staff
  • Review consolidated financial statements and all related supporting schedules for completeness, accuracy, and to ensure proper accounting treatments in compliance with GAAP and underlying company policies
  • Manage cash management to ensure adequate funding to meet working capital and distribution needs
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Requirements:

  • 5-8 years in Accounting Manager Role
  • Solomon Experience as must
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience with Excel, Power Point reporting
  • 4.Logistics Manager

    Responsibilities:

  • Ensuing that all appropriate safety regulations are being followed.
  • Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the Warehouse to include: staffing, budgets, training and key performance
  • indicators.
  • Plan, develop, and lead systems to enhance and improve the quality and efficiency.
  • Insure compliance according to company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible to achieve performance goals.
  • Communicate with Supervisors and Managers on operations.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
  • Ability to interact with varying levels of people.
  • Prefer experience in a high volume facility.
  • Have strong problem solving, decision making skills and organizational skills.
  • Must exhibit good written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills a must. SAP Experience preferred.
  • Experience with ISO or TS certified facility a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • 5.Office Administrator:

    Responsibilities:

  • supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  • prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management
  • maintain management information systems (manual or computerised)
  • locate suitable business premises and negotiate reasonable leasing agreements
  • provide and maintain business premises and other facilities including plant and equipment
  • review and answer correspondence
  • provide secretarial or executive services for committees.
  • Requirements:

  • able to supervise
  • good oral and written communication skills
  • experience in office management
  • aptitude for working with computers
  • well organised.
  • 6.After Sales Service

    Responsibilities:

    Providing technical support for customers over the phone and via email and also diagnose and repair powersports vehicles in our service center.

    Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3+ years exp in maintenance, troubleshooting and warranty repairs in the Go Kart Motorcycle, ATVs or other powersports vehicles
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
  • Professional Attitude.
